Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Stapylton, Queensland. Shipping costs are worked out from your postcode and shown at checkout before you pay.
Standard items
Hand tools, sockets, sets, trays and most of our range.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- Orders under $99: $10 standard shipping.
- Express shipping: $15 on any order.
Bulky items (freight)
Roll cabinets, tool chests and top boxes, workbenches, wall cabinets and large kits ship by freight. They're marked as bulky items on the product page.

- Free freight on orders over $2,000 (metro and regional).
- If your order has both standard and bulky items, they ship separately. Bulky items are charged freight as above, and standard items ship free when your whole order is over $99.
Dispatch and delivery times
- In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery after dispatch usually takes 2–5 business days to metro areas, and 3–8 business days to regional areas, WA, NT and Tasmania.
- Express orders usually arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch in metro areas.
- Bulky freight usually arrives 3–10 business days after dispatch. The freight carrier may contact you to arrange delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Delays can happen during peak periods, public holidays or severe weather.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with Australia Post and trusted courier and freight partners. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery address
- Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- Standard items can usually be delivered to PO Boxes and parcel lockers. Bulky items need a street address with someone available to receive them.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos as soon as possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
