These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase made through it. The website is operated by Teng Tools Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- We make every effort to show products, specifications and images accurately. Images are for illustration, and minor differences in appearance may occur.
- We may change prices and product availability at any time without notice. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.
- We may limit quantities per customer.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown, such as credit or debit card and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we don't store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Warranty claims are covered on our Warranty & Service page.
6. Product use and safety
Our products are professional tools. Please follow the instructions, safety information and specifications supplied with each product. Insulated (1000V VDE) tools must be inspected before each use and used only by qualified people, in line with the relevant safety standards.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the Teng Tools trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it's limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
